The people at this store could not help me pay for my coffee with the app. The girl told me that a premium sip had whipped... cream on it, but did not know what drink might be a premium sip or how one would ring up a premium sip. I have actually never done this before, this is my first time of writing a review. I was at their drive through with my son. We... waited for about 5 minutes, and my son said hello, no answer, we waited more and he said hello the second time, and we heard ayelling from the inside saying ?you don?t have to yell, I heard you the first time, can you give me a minute? Honestly, I foundthat very rude because she didn?t say nothing when she heard him saying hello the first time. By far the worst Dunkin? I have ever been to. Hours are not accurate. Sometimes I go in at 5pm and they?re closed. The drive... through is a hit or miss, sometimes they decide we don?t want to take you today at drive through so you sit waiting in your carfor 10 mins. The October 2021 Nor'easter left me without power for 38 hours. The Dunkin locations in my area were unable to open. When I had... to return to the office, I ventured here for coffee and wakeup wraps to get my day going. The line met me at the door and Istarted to place an online order while waiting. I thought it might expedite things, but decided to just wait. There were twoyoung ladies assembling the sandwiches and wraps. One of them had to be superhuman. Her speed and accuracy were veryimpressive. Although this location is outside of my normal commute, I would consider going there again if need be. The wakeupwraps were more perfectly prepared and tasty when compared to the Dunkin I frequent. Read more
Two stars ONLY for the coffee SOMETIMES. The food rarely comes out how you'd expect it. Don't order donuts unless its a dozen or... you get it in a bag. The staff seem lost, but you cant blame them when there are new faces every 2 weeks. The biggest issue withthis place is consistency and its lacking a lot of it. I refuse to go to this location anymore, if I get anything besides a coffee. They do get a lot of traffic in the morning due to... them having a drive thru. Multiple times I have ordered and they have gotten the item wrong or not have the item at all. Theyseem to run out of certain items in the morning. Here are the mistakes I have encountered: Everything bagel with cream cheese- got butter instead Power breakfast sandwich - ended up with croissant w/ sausage and cheese since they ran out of the multigrain bread Today (3/22/21) Power breakfast sandwich - no turkey sausage When you downgrade the sandwiches, there is a pricedifference of 0.70 to 0.80 cents, so I end up losing on my end.
