Wrong again!! Minimum wage should have stayed the same. You get more money on your work ethics. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches... plain. 1 was right 1 had mayo. The other was a 2 piece white meat meal. Got a dark meat thigh the size of a baby's first and achicken wing that was 2 x smaller than the thigh. Not one once of white meat. My fault for expecting a different result. Read more
This is the worst Popeyes that I have ever been to. The place had papers all over the place the place and looked like they threw... a college party in there. Mind you, this was at 11am. The place smelled out of fresh paint. The cashier spoke so low that Icouldn?t hear a word he was saying. The employees were slamming doors and yelling in their native language. I arrived at Popeye's a few minutes late to pick up my online order & the cashier told me to wait 2 minutes. I ended up waiting... for almost 10 minutes. I saw plenty of the cooked chicken of all types in the warming racks. There were no customers waitingfor their orders at that time. The food was delicious though ! :) Read more
*Very new so they're still working through a lot of the kinks. Will update as it normalizes* New year, same me! That's means... I'm dieting with......fried chicken. I will admit that Popeyes always hits the spot for me when I get that delicious friedchicken. It's soooo much better than KFC. I was therefore ecstatic that a location opened up so close to me in Randolph. It isdirectly across from the Showcase Cinemas (hmmm...sneak in a box of fried chicken for a movie?!). There is no entrance from themain road, you have to turn down the adjacent parallel streets and enter in the back. No online coupons yet, which usuallyprovide great deals. The upfront staff and managers were all friendly and were working hard. I decided I was just in a friedchicken mood so I got the 8pc spicy mixed, no sides. Any other time and of course I'd get some cajun fries, mac n cheese, andbuttery biscuit. Sometimes you may have to wait for a batch of chicken to cook, but sides are readily packed and kept warm intheir styrofoam containers. My chicken really hit the spot and was consistent with how Popeyes chicken should be. I always dousemy chicken in more hot sauce cause I like to feel the burn. Small area to the side with condiments, napkins, iced teadispensers, and 1 Coca Cola freestyle machine, which will likely cause some backups when it's really busy. I've seen how thosemachines often break down and how slow people are to browse through the options... As of 1/4/2019, can't sit in the dining areayet and only able to order to-go orders as they're still finishing it up. Seems to be nice decor though. This location also hasa drive thru, although there's a generator right by the speaker at the moment so it's difficult to hear/place an order. OverallI'll definitely be back. I hope they can get the opening kinks worked out and keep the restaurant fresh and clean - most tend toend up trashed with sticky soda and crinkled up receipts everywhere. Read more
The lobby should be open until 9:30 pm Mon -Thu as it says on the schedule posted on the door. Yet i walked out of my hotel and... was down there at 9:00 pm. the lobby was closed kept knocking only for the staff to see me and act like i wasn't there. Customerservice on a "????- ???? "scale ?
