I was here 15 minutes ago, and this is the first time i left any review on any business. because the experience was horible. I... was there for a foot long and a cup of soup. After i paid with my card, i double checked with the Indian lady if napkins andspoon in the bag? She told me with the attitude: ?everything in the bag, you didnt see i put them in??? I replied her: ?I waslooking at the credit card machine to see when to take out my card, so i didnt see you put them in the bag. Why you are so upsetfor just a question?? And she kept yelling: ?you dont look, you dont pay attention, everything in the bag!? Seriously, why wouldyou hire an employee with zero sense of customer service to work and ruin your business? The woman working here is extremely rude. I wonder why she is working a job that needs you to interact with customers. The... reviewer, Darren, who was justifying the rudeness because the Employer pays them once a month should just delete it. As much asI sympathize with that, chasing off customers with rudeness is not going to help that paycheck become bi weekly if the businessis not getting repeat customers. Also, the people you are serving that rudeness could be a person interviewing you for your nextjob. I sure as hell won't be keen on hiring this lady. If you are paid hourly, then Massachusetts law requires your employer topay you weekly or bi weekly and pay day should not exceed 6 days from close of pay period. Let your employer know because it'samazing how many are clueless about this. If he/she does not comply then you have grounds to take legal action action if youwant. So I went here and the woman working behind the desk working was so so so rude. She was putting raw bacon on my sandwich and... she asked if I wanted my sub toasted and I said yes just the bacon and she was acting like she was aggravated and annoyed. Soshe said lose the attitude. And she was being so rude I have never been treated that way as me being a customer and the rudeperson was a worker. I was so mad I am never coming here again.
