This wingstop location is unprofessional! I came in three times and was unable to place an order. I went on a Saturday evening... and the staff was walking out with their own wingstop bags saying they were closing early (before 9pm and they are suppose toclose at midnight) because their night shift didn?t not show up. Another time I showed up and their register were down and askedeveryone to wait up to 2hrs to place and order and the cherry on top was this evening (Saturday). I went to place an order andwas told by the cashier that I cannot place an order with her because her shift was ending and needed to clock out. Then themanager screamed from the back that they are not taking any orders at the register? only online and it will be a 45 min wait.Very rude and unprofessional! The way they conduct business at this location is unacceptable and I will personally never begoing to this location. Shut it down or hire new staff because the ones working do not care about customer service. Read more

It?s unfortunate to have to be in person and do a online order only! And have to hear a employee complain about the company. Not... cool, gonna hope the wings are good! A hour later they will not answer the phone. Gave the incorrect order? Horrible experiencewill not return after this! Read more

Update about my review: The manager, LeAnn contacted me via email regarding this posting. .I was offered a credit or refund. I... chose a credit since my son likes Wingstop. I had to provide a screenshot of the receipt which of course I threw away after Iplaced my order or the order number (where would I get that number - on the receipt?). My second option was to get a bankstatement & screen shot the purchase from Wingstop. I didn't feel like jumping through hoops to get a credit for less than25.00. How many people keep receipts of their takeout orders? Really, i need to provide a receipt or order number?? I use towork retail & I would have handled it differently.. Moving forward, I won't go back to this Wingstop and I've told all myfriends about my experience at this location. Therefore, my rating after communication with LeAnn remains one star! I drove outto the Randolph location since the Wingstop near me wasn't open. I had my 12 year old son go in to place an order since wecouldn't do it online. My son comes back & tells me that I don't know who to place an order with since all the people aretalking. I go back inside with my son. I notice an employee talking outside with his friends (I'm making an assumption). Inside, I notice another employee chatting with a friend. However, there was no at the front taking orders. I ask boldly,"Who works here?" An employee came over to take our order. He was very friendly with a sense of humor. The employee that wasoutside eventually came inside & helped with our order. Customer service was aligned to what I expect in these types ofestablishments -depending on neighborhood/location). A female employee came inside and clock out of her shift. Let's get tothe food. I really like chicken and I really want to like Wingstop but it needs improvement. A+ for crispness, C-for flavor, also too... greasy and too salty. I got three different sauces and they all tasted like butter with slight flavor of what you ordered. Ifelt like this would be appropriate for popcorn. The blue cheese tastes like ranch. I had to force myself to finish eating causeI didn't want to waste my money. What's the point of going again when you cook way better than that product they're puttingout. I gotta plan my meals better to avoid this from happening. I thought I was getting good chicken lol. How do you mess upsomething so easy to cook? Read more

i frequent this location often since I work in the same strip mall. the staff is always very welcoming and helpful. i never have... to wait more than 1 minute to order. i definitely recommend this location! Read more

The flavor of the food here is great and consistent! The chicken usually has crispy skin/breading and is juicy... inside. Unfortunately the wait time is pretty crazy every time we have ordered. I could understand waiting if my order wascorrect. But every time we have ordered here (over 10 times) it has been wrong every time... In one instance it was missing anentire bundle... This specific time it was missing our tenders and when we notified staff they said okay and we weren't given atime frame that we would wait for the tenders or if they were even making them. Again the food always tastes great but itstinks that I have to dump my order out on their tables every time I visit because I don't want to be missing food when I amspending over $70 usually. It seems like an easy fix of checking off the items when they are put in the bag or putting them inthe bag in order. Unfortunately it has been a disappointing experience every time :( Read more

Food is horrible it has no flavor and bland as hell. The chicken is over cooked and tossed together with no care of flavor or... presentation. Service was below sub par at best! I placed an online order on my way into town. I got there 10-15 mins after Iplaced the order and when I got there they were just putting my wings in the fryer! I will NEVER go back!! Read more
