Good place, fast service. Sometimes under staffed in the early morning.
I went in for a hot chocolate like I have been regularly doing here. Well the cups are super hot since it?s just paper. I asked... the employee for either a sleeve if they had it or another cup. She just kept shaking her head no at me. And when I said wellit?s going to burn me she finally tossed one at me. For now on I will travel the 15 minutes to one so I deal with someone nicer. Read more

Don't bother placing mobile orders, or even walking in at some points. They're so ridiculously understaffed compared to the... Dunkin 5 minutes away. It often takes 30 minutes to get a coffee whether it's in person or ordered ahead. Owner of this one mustnot be trying very hard to get new employees. The staff is lucky if there's two people there at peak hours. Avoid this locationand go to the one down the hill so you can actually get your orders -- they're usually staffed well enough to keep up with theorders. Read more
This dunkin really knows how to hold it together under pressure and not let the long line of customers make them frantic. The... line moves quick and everything comes out delicious! Bravo! If you see a long line just know it is worth the wait. There is aline because people are willing to wait for something good! Read more

If there we 6 stars, I?d need to give it. I asked for a cup of water for my dog in the car (it?s chilly out). The gentleman who... rang me up informed me of ?pup cups? . The store had cleared out, and he DELIVERED TO MY CAR A PUP CUP! As you can see below,it was a big hit! Thank you for your kindness. It made my day even a bit brighter!
