Went there tonight , 2 of us an a 2 year old. Walked in, 2 workers were sitting at a table doing nothing, a guy and a girl.... Didn?t get up, didn?t say a word to us, we sat down and waited a minute, nobody came to the table. Went and got the high chairon my own. Had to order at the counter and get my own food when it was done. Nobody basically said a word to us. This iscustomer service? Place was empty, maybe that?s why. Read more
I got about 8 pieces of calamari for like $13 and ended up paying more for 4 slices of pizza than a whole pie! I don?t like this... place. There are so many better options in town that won?t cheat you on the calamari portion or overcharge you. I spoke to theowner and he just defended himself. He offered nothing other than ?prices have gone up blah blah blah and I?ll talk to my cookabout the calamari?. What does that get me? Not going back and won?t recommend. Read more
I ordered calamari and I literally counted 19 pieces including 3 little ones. I never felt so cheated and over priced. If they... want to keep their business open they shouldn?t cut corners . Restaurants NYC do better than this and they have it harder, sincethey have close again. Never going to order calamari from here. RIP OFF ... run and save your money- how is this suppose to beenough for the family?! They didn?t even deserve a star! Read more
This place never disappoints me the grilled chicken sandwich is always delicious!!
2.5 stars. You can tell that they tried to use every bit of the dough as possible because of how the middle of the slice was... really runny. The sauce was not tasty, cheese was ok and the crust most not memorable. Just an average slice for a townpizzeria. Customer Service was non existent. First met with a sign telling you that you will be hit with a fee if you choose touse a credit card. Felt like I was at an ATM debating the transaction because of the service fees. I 100 percent agree that theCredit Card Companies are out of control with fees, just look at Go Fund Me and their scam, but go to an all Cash Business then.Just leaves a bad taste before even having any food. Despite the only average reviews I wanted to try this place to support a local business. The short and sweet is the food is... only ok and the service is terrible. I ordered lunch and one of the sides was missing, but I was hosting some people anddecided to wait until later to call. Later that evening, I called looking to just have the charge removed. I was questionedwhy I was calling now like it was my fault. After pushing for a resolution I was told I could come in and get the order. WhenI said that all I wanted was a refund she promptly replied, ?you can come in for the order,? and hung up on me. When I calledback she denied hanging up on me and continued to give me an attitude. Admittedly, I was not pleasant at this point, but shehung up on me again! I?ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and can say that many people would have been much moreupset in the first place. I though requesting a refund for something that was not received was pretty fair. Read more
