I've usually not had a problem at this Wendy's since it's so close to home and I usually do Drive Thru. But the workers the last... time I went didn't even know how to use the Wendy's Mobile Pay and the order wasn't exactly right. Not sure what's going on butthat isn't cool. Read more

There's a woman there who I do not trust. She told me to move forward with no one else in the line to wait. She would not pour... my coffee until I pulled ahead. I had mad a complaint about her before so now I feel she messes with my food. See picturesattached. I am never going back there unless she is gone. Look at the amount of honey she poured on my chicken sandwich it'shard to see but it's completely drenched and I threw out the coffee as soon as I got it. It just shady why tell me to pullforward to wait when there is literally no one in line and then to not pour my coffee until I move up is crazy and shady. Read more
I go to this restaurant about once a week, and I prefer the food there versus the largest burger chain. I especially enjoy that... the french fries retain the potato peel, which has most of the flavor. The new strawberry shake is very good, but needs a bit ofexplanation. Wendy?s founder, Dave Thomas, wanted a ?shake? (Frosty) to compliment the menu, but didn?t want a big flavor toovershadow the burgers. Accordingly, he made their flavors a bit muted. I enjoy all the flavors and agree with his assertion.Please expect a more subtle flavor to all shake flavors. SHAKE is in quotes because it needs to be eaten with a spoon if you aregoing to consume it right away! FYI-I have not noticed any of the bad service issues others have reported herein. Read more
The customer service here is good the people have been friendly every time I come and they get the food out super fast I love... their breakfast so yummy ! I love how crispy and fluffy their seasoned potatoes are ! You gotta try it and their breakfastprices are cheap And come with a drink ! Read more
Horrible Service. Wrong orders. They rush you through your order only to get every single item wrong. Especially the incompetent... MORNING CREW.
