Oh my palette was stimulated with the beautiful presentation of the food. It was highten with the first bite. The spices were... a bit much for me at level zero. I tasted a level 2 and had an explosion in my mouth that water nor beer could contain. Theservice was great and I loved the setting however, the spices could be taken down to maybe a minus three for those of us whoare sensitive to burning heat in our food. Read more

Excellent Thai dishes and excellent service in a comfortable dining area. Especially good was the green curry with shrimp and... squid. Portions were generous. We ordered #1 spice level, which was hot. We need to return to check out level #2. A must visitif you?re anywhere in the vicinity of Randolph VT! Read more

James Beard award winning chef. Small restaurant with excellent food. My son and I shared spring rolls that we thought were the... best ever. I had a scallop dish that was excellent. Be prepared to relax and wait for your dish to be hand made for you. Woulddefinitely go again. Read more

Steve the owner is very pretentious. I Took lunch break there with one of my employees after working a hard morning in the... heat. I Made a reservation for the next day at noon and Steve the owner came out and questioned our reservation. We then orderedtheir Special Soup ( which I have seen full bowls of before!) and we both received half bowls of soup! I wouldn?t have minded tomuch but each bowl was 27$. (54$!) I Told the waitress that we were not happy with the soup. She acknowledged that the bowlswere not what is usually served. Then still proceeded to charge the full amount. The person next to us the day before had 6-7mussel shells. We had 4 between two bowls. Clearly since the James Beard Award they are to good to have blue collar works comeeat lunch there. Our money is just as green as snooty rich peoples! Read more

Thai iced tea was PERFECT. It was not so sweet that you puckered when you took a sip, instead it was a perfect blend of flavor... and sugar. The food was spectacular, I suggest getting the Chicken Wings in the basil garlic sauce. The waiter was fast andcourteous. If you get Ian, know that you are in good hands. Be careful with the spice, there's no shame in going for 0 stars. 2stars is plenty for the average adult I promise. I hope you have the pleasure of enjoying some of the best Thai food money canbuy. We have seen lots of good reviews for SAAP, so decided to try it while in Randolph. We felt the dinner lived up to the great... recommendations. We enjoy Thai food, and both plates were excellent. They were definitely on the spicy side, so order low spicyif you don't want it authentically hot! The servers were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this restaurant! Read more

James Beard award winner 2022 for best chef. Make reservation since they're under staff and they're limiting walk-in. Your food... will take a little longer to come out since only few people working in the kitchen, and they got more foots traffic since theygot this prestigious award. Read more
