Eat here if you want to be angry and feel lousy after. They always mess atleast one thing up with your order and the food is... always unfresh, ice cold and stale. Very very gross. It sucks because they could have lots of potential. I think this issuefalls on management for not properly training employees, quality checks and or hiring just anybody who doesn't care. Read more
First impression is not a good one. Wording on description of Classic Quesadilla is very misleading...man behind counter tried... to excuse it, whatever..I didn't make a big deal of it...just that you'd think with all the complaints he said they had receivedabout it, it would be changed. Paid for extra chicken and extra cheese but somehow still managed to have bites withoutchicken..nor could any extra cheese be identified. Supposed to be served with salsa and sour cream...had to ask for it, gothanded a tiny cup of each. Salsa was actually pico and was FROZEN. Lastly, website never mentioned that the chicken would bebreaded and deep fried, had it done so, I would have made a different selection. Excellent food, good portions, great selection of hot sauces, free-style drink machine make this restaurant a 5-Star rating for... me. I paid $15 and had enough food for two meals. Good alternative to Chipotle or Moe?s! Definitely coming back soon withfriends, family! Read more
After paying $24 and something for a meal for two, not only did I get the bottom of the drawers tortilla chips but also got my... order wrong. I?m very disappointed in the staff and management of this location. I wouldn?t even do this even if it was forfree, let alone for a hard working family. I would rather buy my own chips and make my own burritos and quesadillas than tospend money on take out at this location. Read more
We stopped in for take out...it took about 25 minutes for some reason. No one behind the counter had any spring in their step.... No one knew how to hustle which I guess is why it took so long. My husband got a burrito, and it was big and beautiful. Sadly Igot the mixed grill bowl and it?s like half full, yet I paid a dollar more than for a big burrito. Meaning they use this largebowl but then barely fill it so there?s a ton of room left in the bowl. God forbid they let me customize it and add a littleextra pico in it. I asked but the guy wouldn?t let me?guess they aren?t like Moe?s. There was hardly any rice or beans in thebowl, and it had a total of 5 cubes of chicken, and 4 pieces of steak. I felt like I was on a diet!! So now I?m left withentree envy?my husbands burrito looks glorious! ???? We didn?t get a receipt so I could tell them how our visit went. I?m gonnaeat my sad, little bowl while I watch hubby dive into his handsome and robust burrito. Wish there was a Moe?s closer to us! Ilive for their salsa bar! Look at this giant bowl with like less than half full! This was my first bowl here and may be mylast. Should there be lettuce on it? Cilantro? Having never visited before, I was prompted to stop by on account of a coupon in possession. Ordering was easy and I mentioned... the specific deal and handed the coupon over. However, my party didn't realize the pricing of our order until after starting ourmeal. The coupon was never redeemed. Near closing, many workers were off doing nightly duties, so we brushed off themistake. Aside from our main drawback, ordering was easy with food being brought out quickly. However, the food was lukewarm atbest. Having ordered a meal with a house sauce, the sauce was strong and tasted close to Italian salad dressing. Not quite theflavors to be expected. A wide array of dozens of sauces are readily available. Purchasing entrees nets you one spin to a prizewheel with several small prizes such as a free taco. Booster seats and baby chairs are here too. And several outdoor tables areoffered as well. A Freestyle Coke machine is even here! But problems arose with it. The machine is not very responsive and needsto be recalibrated. Several of my party's first picks were not available either. As a final note, the restaurant was clean withbathrooms being nicer than average. An automatic paper towel dispenser is present with a door with two separate locks as well. Read more
We?ve ordered takeout/delivery from here about 4 times in the last two months. The food is average or slightly above average for... this type of food in this area. However?.as others have stated, each and every time the order has been screwed up. Missing sourcream (paid extra for, btw), or tortillas, or included peppers and onions when we requested them to be omitted. After the firstor second time we started included notes, which had absolutely no effect whatsoever. Proceed at your own risk. Read more
