The food here is just like any other Panera location but I'm most disappointed by the setup of this location. The drink... machines are in a tight space right next to an entrance and exit and the bathrooms and a path into the dining area. Can getvery congested. They also don't have the blood orange lemonade that some locations have and even the lemonade they have ishorribly watered down. Staff is friendly enough but given everything including prices that have gotten out of hand it's notreally worth it these days. Read more

Cores of the lettuce in my salad And it was mooshy After paying so much money for a good lunch and get home and see this they... need to rehire prep people so sad. Or retrain the staff. Use to eat there all the time when I worked in that area and now lookwhat they serve. Martinsburg is now where I eat alot do to work. And I never had a problem there ever. Please re trainyour prep people. They should know cores of lettuce is a no no. After spending 18 on just my lunch they should refund my lunch I was going to eat 1/2 for dinner and 1/2 lunch and now nothing. With gas prices I?m not running back down. They shouldknow what to put in a salad and it not a core of the lettuce the courtons are soft so this salad been sitting awhile Please retrain your prep people Read more
A very spacious, good location place to have coffee, tea and bakery items. Staff were friendly and service was great. Shout out... to Nevaeh - she was a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. I?m really sad to see that my bread soup had a plastic piece of string inside. I?m pregnant and love eating Panera but this is... the first time I saw something like this.
