This Subway is one of the best in the area! The employees are always quick when preparing my food and it is always very... consistent. The employees here are always very kind and accepting of any extra requests. No matter if I DoorDash or go in myselfthe food is always delicious! Clean restaurant updated with the new Subway style. The staff was a couple of teenagers but they got up and assisted me quickly.... The veggies looked fresh and well cared for and the bread was definitely fresh. Overall a good experience, if I'm in the areaand want Subway this would be my choice for restaurant. Read more

Joy and the Subway staff prepared a to-go catering order for a large group of students headed to a field trip in Harpers Ferry... that was spot-on-perfect and even above and beyond. Joy was kind, friendly, professional, and helpful to us as we planned forour trip. Upon receiving our individually wrapped items the day of our adventure, we noticed that Joy even provided an extrasandwich. He wrote to me and explained that my final order showed less sandwiches than the original estimate, and he wanted tobe sure that no child went without a lunch. As if that were not enough, he packed two pump bottles of hand sanitizer with ourorder knowing that our outdoor explorations would beg for some cleaning. If we attend a field trip local to this Subway storeagain, I will absolutely be reaching out to Joy a second time. Excellent, kind, thoughtful service! So grateful! Read more
Love this particular subway. The customer service is always on point ????. It's mostly high school kids and they do an awesome... job. I always order inside and carry out, So I can't speak to ordering ahead or any delivery service. Read more
