Where to start? First the girl taking my order spoke too low and too fast. I had to ask her 3 times what she was saying. Then... had a hard time finding a clean table to sit at. And the grand finale was a hair in my daughters burger. I was done. I willnever ever go here again. The owners should be ashamed of letting this place become this way. Read more
This place is always on the struggle bus. The latte machine never works and it took a long time to just get a sausage and egg... mcmuffin. I have also never seen the person in the drive through sitting but that's exactly what she did after she completed myorder. Read more
I only came in to use the bathroom and get a cup if coffee. The cashier was appropriate; provided my order' was patient while I... counted out my change (I bought my coffee with 2 creams and 1 sugar... then asked for 1 more sugar). It was $2.19 I believe. Shegavr me those items and a stir stick. Good, acceptable transaction. BUT; that place was messy- grease on the floor- just grimey.:/ I added my own cream n sugar by the way. It was good ???? We came on Tuesday afternoon for lunch and waited 40 minutes total to get through the drive through which is fine they were very... busy and it's not easy working in fast-food industry but what really drives this review is the fact that they managed to mess uprepeating back our order three times and at the end of it all we didn't even recieve all the stuff we ordered which was highlydisappointing. I'm guessing all the people are new and in training because they really lack efficiency and teamwork abilities. Food took way too long. Kiosk is the only way you can order but be sure to listen for the number you put in because they aren't... going to bring it to you. They are going to wait for you to come all of the way back to get your food from the counter eventhough the kiosk you are forced to use tells you to grab a number tent and sit down, your food will be brought to you. Food wasas cold as was to be expected for the amount of time it took to get to me at a fast food restaurant but at least I wasuncomfortably relaxing in the dining area that the off the clock employees had converted into a lounge for their after shiftdecompression. This is my favorite Mickey D's. They ???? are good & my fries are always fresh. No crunchy or dried out fries ever. Sure you... have to wait your turn inside and the drive through, but it is always worth it. Read more
I had to give one star to post. It?s ZERO STARS. After waiting 30 minutes in drive thru finally got my food. Should have... opened the bag to check it but just wanted to get out of there. Got home and opened my grandsons chicken nuggets, this is whatI got (see photo). I don?t even understand this-why would this be in a chicken nugget box with no lid or anything. Anyway Iget back in my car and drive back over there to get my grandson?s nuggets. All I get is attitude from the ?manager?-noexplanation, no apology, just basically shoved the nuggets at me and sent me on my way and had a very rude attitude about it-(asif any of this was my fault). Inside the place was packed with angry people waiting. NEVER AGAIN. I can?t believe a companylike McDonalds would allow this. They must have zero accountability or requirements from their franchise owners. Do yourself afavor and avoid this place. Just because it says McDonalds on the outside doesn?t mean anything! Read more
