My family ordered 4 footlongs for dinner. Not a single sub was made correctly to order. 2 of the subs were steak and cheese with... different toppings on each and different bread. The toppings were on the wrong subs and mine was supposed to have mayonnaise onit but they put a disgusting ranch dressing on it. My thinking is that the employees decided they would make whatever theywanted and force it on customers. I refused to go back and have all 4 remade correctly because they seem either too lazy ortoo incompetent to do so to begin with. Also, we sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes and nobody even bothered to cometo the window even though at least one of them looked right at us. To top it all off they didn't even put in the one single bagof chips that we ordered. We placed the order on the mobile app and I triple checked the receipt they gave us and the orderwas correct on the receipt. No reason they couldn't make the order correctly. They also weren't busy. The whole 15 minutes wewere there we only saw 1 other customer in restaurant. I will never go back to this location again unless the entire staff isterminated and replaced with new staff that do job correctly. Read more

How does this place stay open? Twice this week I've tried calling, once at 3pm and once at 7:30pm just to ask if they have... veggie patties - no answer either time. I go there on my way home from work, go through the drive through, no one answers. Thewindow says honk, I honk, no one comes to the window. Some kid is sitting there on his phone, he looks at me, and goes rightback to his phone. I call, no answer, the kid looks at me again and goes back to his phone. I just wanted to grab dinner afterworking all day, and being a vegetarian I don't have a lot of options. I will never go to this armpit of a store again. AWFULcustomer service. Came in today to grab a couple sandwiches, for dinner and supper, on my way home. First impression I got was clean. The building... looked and smelled clean. Even the line where you order, everything was clean. The lone guy making sandwiches was also verypolite and friendly. This is one of the nicer subways I've been to. Good job! Read more
