This was a nice place to get coffee on our way home from a trip to VA. The coffee tasted great and the customer service was... exceptional being that we came right before close. 4 stars, because they were out of a lot of ingredients on the menu board andit was terrible trying to find the place via Google maps. It is within a gas station, so you will have to use the gas stationentrance to access this coffee shop. Otherwise, this is a great place for good coffee. Read more

I love Caribou, I do. But, there is a serious problem with work ethic at this location. Opened a hour later than posted time... yesterday. Then today they just don't open at all. Well after the posted opening time, employee comes in to post this sign andleave. Total disappointment. Read more
We got the hot chocolate and chai tea latte which were made to perfection. It's pretty next to the exit on the interstate. Great... service by the staff. They were very warm and welcoming. ???? Read more

Wow! It looks like a nice coffee shop but i did not have the honors to enjoy it. I was in the area for couple of hours and i... thought it would be great place to sit down and do some of my studies on Monday. Guess what they closed at 12:30pm! There was nobig reason to close it. Well last summer I got a really good cup of coffee so I waited hours to come here today driving on the highway I?m sorry that I... waited I couldn?t matched if at Cracker Barrel for a fresh cup of McDonald?s. Caribou changes it to medium roast just like anyother cup of coffee it?s a shame I drive from Florida to New England I was counting on it I won?t waste my time again.
