They don't use gloves. The guy making the food played with this beard, wipe his hands on his shirt after touching raw meat the... whole time making food. Not a fan of the flattest pizza ever. Atmosphere was ok because its located in a mini mall area. Read more
apparently can't order 40 minutes before close? app shows them closed and they won't pick up phone edit 8/19 the last TWO... times I've ordered here they gave me a plain cheese pizza. Check your orders before you leave. Read more

I live over an hour from my son, and ordered a pizza for him and his friends that were working on a car. I was apprehensive at... first due to the low star rating, but I ordered anyway. He got the order long before the delivery estimate and everyone said thepizza was great. I don't normally do these things because it's a pain, but with some of the stuff I read, they may have just hada bad experience due to what was going on that particular day, and don't want them counted out. Don?t go here!!! Last night I called to make an order and was lied to and said my address was too far out. I had just seen a... car deliver to my neighbor which is why I ordered. She was very rude and disrespectful. I looked today online and it said thatthey could deliver. I?m not sure if it was laziness or what but very poor customer service. I?m sure that?s why they lackbusiness. Mabye some employees who don?t lie about where they can deliver would be better for business. Definitely do notrecommend. Read more
If you order your pizza through the Papa John?s app before you even get to the store it will be ready for pick up and it won?t... take you but two minutes to pick it up. Also if you order on the app you can collect points for FREE Pizza... ???? Read more
*WARNING* Went in with my husband , I went ahead to take a shower and he went to Papa John?s around 10:30PM was when our order... was placed . Their closing time is 11PM or that was what we were told anyways . We wanted a medium bacon pizza . By the time hecame back with the pizza , I was heading back to the truck (done with my shower and full dressed) and had the pizza , I openedit up when I got to the truck , it was sausage and pepperoni , NO BACON at all , the crust was hard and the cheese was dried outand the whole pizza was cold . Not to mention , a medium pizza alone was 17.75$ . For the price and service , the pizza was notat all worth it ! I should?ve read the reviews like I normally do but I wanted Papa John?s because I have favored Papa John?s mywhole life over other pizza company?s and never had a bad experience .
