Driving through on vacation pulled in for a quick lunch. Order day hamburger combo which was the daily special, also got a hot... dog combo. They only gave us one order of fries, it was so salty we had to throw it away. Literally all we could taste was thesalt. Ordering two combos we only got one order of fries. The hamburger was good, the two root beers were good. However thehot dog was one of the nastiest things I've eaten a long time. The sauce tasted like some stale sauce from a can, very fewonions on it and they specifically asked if we wanted onions. The hot dog was tiny shriveled and overcooked. After about threebites we noticed plastic around the hot dog. To be honest it tasted like someone microwaved it too long. I threw the hot dogaway. The clerk was not the most friendly so we decided to just leave. The service added with the terrible food did notindicate it was worth going back and engaging the employee over this. Crazy wait at the drive through, and this has been 3 times in a row. I try to give a place more than one shot. Messed up my... order. Tried charging me $10 for my meal, which was correct, but then tried giving me a piece of chicken and some ranch at thewindow. After waiting for 10 minutes in the drive through. Now waiting out front for them to bring my actual order out.. won'tbe coming back to this A&W. Read more
I don't understand why, of all of the other fast food joints, this location consistently provides slower than acceptable... service. All I ordered was a rootbeer float. With three employees working behind the counter, I stood there far too long to beacknowledged and far longer to get my float. I waited while burgers were grilled, French fries fried and two cars went throughthe drive through. I just stood there waiting. I've been there since and it just takes too long. Read more
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We got our order taken by an incredibly impatient and disrespectful young man.... We were the only people in the drive thru. We sat at the closed window for 5 minutes before having our payment taken. Wereceived our food and unfortunately did not check our bag before leaving. They left out the fries from our order, our pops wereonly 3/4 full. We paid $17 for horrible service, a burger and a chili cheese dog. Do not suggest going here until they get theiract together. Great, quick food. Usually doesn't take too long to get your food. I've been told that certain items are made to order so they... might take a bit longer. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are pretty good considering the taste and quality of whatyou're getting. I like the 2 for $6 deal. 2 large sandwiches (certain ones like double cheeseburger) for $6. Sandwiches are big.I can only eat one. Burgers are kinda greasy and remind me of Culver's Burgers ???? That could be why they're not as greatreheated? A&W is always a top choice when I'm looking for comfort food that tastes great at a affordable price! Read more
Quick stop yesterday on way home. 20 minute wait at drive through. Once out on Highway we began to eat. Burgers tasted horrible,... don?t know if it was old or what but was not good. Couldn?t finish them. About two hours later we got sick. Stomach was sour andmany trips to the restroom. Need someone to run this place properly!!! Done with A&W Read more
