I rarely leave reviews but 5 Stars for Erin, the manager at the Rapid City location. Ordered lunch for 30-person party and she... was great! Had great suggestions and was very helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure we had utensils, plenty ofsauce/ranch, etc. I wanted to add something last minute and she didn't even blink an eye, just told me yes. I was in on Sunday 10/23 to eat and watch the Seahawks . I walked up to the bar at the beginning of the game and asked a lady... in a Dallas Cowboys jersey if she could turn on the Seahawks game. She was so rude to me. She turned around and told me thatshe?s trying to make everyone happy, and I needed to just sit down! First off this lady has no business working in customerservice! And second of all when you have paying customers in your establishment spending over $50 to sit and watch a game youneed to accommodate them!!!! Even if it means turning on their team!!!
