I rarely leave reviews but 5 Stars for Erin, the manager at the Rapid City location. Ordered lunch for 30-person party and she... was great! Had great suggestions and was very helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure we had utensils, plenty ofsauce/ranch, etc. I wanted to add something last minute and she didn't even blink an eye, just told me yes. Bdubs is Bdubs. It was a bit of a wait for the food but it was slammed. Server was great and prompt and I have no complaints... outside the blazin sauce seemed to be way to thin and dry; although hot, was no where near as hot as I remember it to be. I was in on Sunday 10/23 to eat and watch the Seahawks . I walked up to the bar at the beginning of the game and asked a lady... in a Dallas Cowboys jersey if she could turn on the Seahawks game. She was so rude to me. She turned around and told me thatshe?s trying to make everyone happy, and I needed to just sit down! First off this lady has no business working in customerservice! And second of all when you have paying customers in your establishment spending over $50 to sit and watch a game youneed to accommodate them!!!! Even if it means turning on their team!!! When I was in Grand Forks at their WW the manager cameover and personally told me he turned the game on just for me!!! That?s called customer service!!!! This BWW sucks!!!! Read more
