My gosh. I love Einsteins so much but this location can never get my order right. Either something is missing, things are wrong,... or today they must have given us someone else's order completely. I guess anytime I go here from now on I'll hold up the drivethrough line for a few extra minutes to make sure my order is right. Read more
Every time I come here it's a positive experience. The workers are always friendly and I honestly feel like family there even... though I'm sure they don't recognize me. My wife and I both love this place. The farmhouse is my go to sandwich and their cold brew shakes are better than a Starbucks... frappe. The staff have always been polite, friendly, and engaging, when when busy. Maybe some of the negative reviews here arefrom people who were being jerks to the staff? Read more
Excellent Nova Lox, best in town. However, today I ordered the "Avacado" Toast, only to be disappointed to get a premixed... spread. Perhaps changing this on the menu to "spread" would help. Anyway, I will be back! You all have a great staff at thislocation. Read more
The quick message: THERE WAS METAL IN MY HASHBROWN. The long message: Usually Einstein's is fantastic, but today it was... absolutely disgusting. I bought the Farmhouse bagel with the hashbrown and a medium sugar-free caramel macchiato. The Bagellooked like it was barely cooked/toasted. The flavor of the coffee tasted sour like the cream was bad (or maybe the sugar freesyrup just sucks). AND ABOVE ALL ELSE . Absolutely disgusted and will not be returning. What a waste of $15 (which is, by theway, OVERPRICED). Read more
i got an iced latte and a hot coffee from here and both were really good. they were a little more expensive than what i would... typically pay for. the only issue was the iced latte was super sweet and kinda warm. when making their iced lattes they shouldstir in the flavor and then add the ice and move it around and push it to the bottom so the whole drink is cold. other than thattho it was good and the staff was really nice. STALE, very stale, dry bagels. It was like trying to eat cardboard. I gave a bagel to my dog, and he even struggled. Be sure to... get a tall glass of water with your order, you?ll definitely need it. Good luck! Read more
