Ordered food for pickup to take to work. My fries were missing but I was given ketchup. The chicken was cold and the coleslaw... was warm. Did not receive utensils or napkins I requested. The curbside pickup process was nice though. Read more
Most horrible service I had ever had, our waitress MARYJANE messed up my food then argued with me telling me it was right and... this is how the make it. I asked for crispy crispers not the regular breaded ones and she swore and argue that it was right andhow they do it. A manager came and told me I was right and they would be making them how I asked. And our waitress from then onwas horrible extremely rude slamming things down ignoring us. Never experienced anything more horrible. I honestly think she wasbeing racist bc everyone else she was helping was WHITE and she was more then happy with them and giving good service. Willnever go back for as long as she works there. She needs to be retrained in customer service bc she don?t know what customerservice is. I will be contacting corporate the manger didn?t really seem to care either. All this bc MARYJANE couldnt tell thedifference from different food they serve. Read more
The room temperature was so cold we ask them to up the degree setting on AC. Maybe changed degree. If you keep our restaurant... cold at least serve the food hot. Had to take half of our meals home to warm the food up. Skip this Chili's. Read more
They are very short staffed so expect a long wait. The host was fantastic and tried very hard to keep us happy. Our waiter was... too busy visiting with another table to notice our empty glasses, which the host had to bring as our waiter forgot. Then thewaiter was supposed to bring more chips and salsa but again was too busy chatting up z pretty girl at the other table. Food wasokay, fries were hot and salty...yummy!! A better waiter would have drastically changed our experience, great save by the host,as much as he could anyway. Read more

Had a great lunch. The waiter was very nice and attentive. I had the $9 lunch combo. I picked the grilled chicken bacon avocado... sandwich and it was delicious. I had a mini molten lava cake for dessert Read more
It seems like they were understaffed, but all-in-all good experience. Went there on the last hour of business to take the wife... out on a date. The cajun shrimp pasta was on point and so was the shrimp and steak fajitas. Very well kept and I appreciate thestaffs responsiveness. Read more
Have been a regular customer but after tonight 10-31-22 I will not go back. We arrived to one small family in restaurant and it... took over 5 mins to be seated. Once seated about 5 mins not long we were asked on our drinks took that order said we were readyto order food and he walked away. Came back 10 mins later with drinks then took order. We all asked for well done and it camewith pink. The crew was more interested in there conversation and joking around in the back then to be there for the customerlet alone the restaurant. They even had a family that came in after us get up nd leave. Read more
