Hardees #1503276 in Rapid City, SD. When we walked in to order our meals and the staff working could be heard yelling and... swearing specifically using the F-word. At the time there were several adults and children in the lobby. When staff finally cameto the counter another employee (white male, tall, blond, glasses, facial hair) came from the kitchen area using the F-word. Mymom told the employee he needed to watch his language. The employee taking our order stated that he tells the other employeethis all the time. The swearing employee went back to the kitchen area and stared me down because he?s not mature enough to dealwith not swearing. While we were finding a seat we both heard my moms first and last name. Weird since we paid with cash. We?recurrently waiting for our food for 20 minutes, fully anticipating that it will be spit in. We finally gave up after a group of 6that arrived well after we did got their order before ours. We asked for a refund. The swearing gentleman was forced to come tothe register to refund us. While coming to the front he said something to the gal working drive thru though the head set. Hethen seemed confused once he got to the counter why we would want a refund. My mom told him that we?ve waited long enough andreminded him of his swearing that we?d heard as soon as we walked in the door and the swearing we both witness him do. He thenlied to our faces saying that wasn?t him. I realize that Hardee?s isn?t the most glamours or high paying job there is, but thisparticular Hardee?s could use a crash course in professionalism and perhaps there needs to be a capable manager working at alltimes as it did not appear that there was one working. Worst biscuits and gravy I have ever eaten there!!! It was all watered down. Never was like this before!!!!!

Food was good and hot, curly fries were pretty much super hot and yummy! The only negative thing I can say is that the grounds... and interior decor is very cold and dreary, very plain and parking lot is just dreary looking, but it does not effect the foodby any means! Read more
Visited on July 26 for a late lunch. 2pm, only people in the dining room. Waited 25 minutes for a overpriced meal that was... simply "okay, sort of" . By 10:30 pm we were suffering from major food poisoning that lasted all the next day. The worstexperience ever. Will never go to another Hardees and will NEVER recommend to anyone.
