What can I say, it's Jimmy John's...fast food sandwiches. You eat at one it's the same as the other one...I will say it was... freakin cold in the store, especially when it didn't get above 70 degrees all day. Used the drive through to order a sandwich. Drove clear across town to my home, opened up my sandwich to find wilted, soggy... brown lettuce in it. Irritated that someone doesn't care about or know what Fresh is, took it back, PIC was nice, and had themmake me another one. I should known better, and should have checked it the first time before leaving, as most of the generationworking in the fast food industry don't care about quality or freshness, only about how many likes they can get on tik tok. These guys are amazing. I ordered something for delivery off their website but it had been so long since I ordered last that I... had a new number. The delivery driver wasn't able to contact me and my apartments security door kept her out. I called themwhen I figured out I missed the driver and apologized when I found out they had the old number. They made me a new sandwich andsent it out again being very forgiving and polite about it. The driver seemed chipper and not annoyed at all. I don'tunderstand why this place has bad reviews. Read more
