What can I say, it's Jimmy John's...fast food sandwiches. You eat at one it's the same as the other one...I will say it was... freakin cold in the store, especially when it didn't get above 70 degrees all day. Used the drive through to order a sandwich. Drove clear across town to my home, opened up my sandwich to find wilted, soggy... brown lettuce in it. Irritated that someone doesn't care about or know what Fresh is, took it back, PIC was nice, and had themmake me another one. I should known better, and should have checked it the first time before leaving, as most of the generationworking in the fast food industry don't care about quality or freshness, only about how many likes they can get on tik tok. Might want to take freaky fast off your website. We've been having alot of issues all summer with online orders and various... other things. How is a 4 hr wait for notice of order pickup fast. This is the worst yet, typically its been between 30 minutesto an hour but this takes the cake. Subway has better service then this. Would think a company like this would spend some moneyon their tech department. Read more

I?ve been here numerous times and while the food has been just fine, the service is the slowest I have ever experienced at a... Jimmy Johns. Each time, I have gone through the drivethru, long line or not, service is slow. They should not be advertisingthat this location is ?freaky fast? because it is not. Read more
These guys are amazing. I ordered something for delivery off their website but it had been so long since I ordered last that I... had a new number. The delivery driver wasn't able to contact me and my apartments security door kept her out. I called themwhen I figured out I missed the driver and apologized when I found out they had the old number. They made me a new sandwich andsent it out again being very forgiving and polite about it. The driver seemed chipper and not annoyed at all. I don'tunderstand why this place has bad reviews. Read more
