This place is excellent authentic Nepalese food. I?ve traveled all around the world, and when I saw this place thought, ?no way... is there good Nepalese food in South Dakota?. As soon as I walked in the aromas hit me, and everything was on point! All thefood was excellent, the curry and cheese naan was perfect. All the employees I spoke to were actually from Nepal! In a world of cheeseburgers and steak (yes I'm talking about South Dakota), it is so refreshing to eat something with flavor.... Good flavor. Spices. Kathmandu Bistro is amazing, and I look forward to going back all the time. I have gone many times and I'venever been disappointed, only impressed. They are running a fine restaurant and it inspires me to try other flavors as well.Hopefully one day I can get to Nepal or India to try the food there, but for now, Kathmandu Bistro is great! A town of 75,000 does not deserve an Indian restaurant this good. Variety in the buffet is a little limited, but price is... reasonable. Read more
