Will NOT bring going to this location anymore this had been the 5th time I?ve went here and believe me I?ve given them benefit... of the doubt you know being busy and all so I went in and ordered. I asked for fresh fries, and two mchickens heavy on Mayo andlettuce and just Mayo on the mchickens and the fries were complete soggy and hard. Smh Read more

It's a McDonald's. It's the restaurant everybody goes to for a delicious and quick meal. Everything was fine and good, but I... rated four stars because my burger wasn't that warm. Disappointing. Went here a few weeks ago, did curbside mobile order; less than 5 minutes and we got the food and it was fresh.... Just went again today at 3pm for mobile curbside, food took 10 minutes that?s fine. But they missed half of our order, and allof the food was cold, old, dried out; and the cashiers don?t seem to understand English. We asked for the food that was missingand the condiments and they gave us the wrong ones. Just overall disappointing. Hard to understand how this McDonald?s has a fewreally good days, and a lot of bad days. Being the busiest McDonald?s in town I don?t understand how there?s old food stillbeing served to customers. Ok, when I write a review I want to be as fair and partial as I can when it comes to food places (especially fast-food places). ... First off none of the pictures you see on the ordering boards will come to you looking like that! It will never look as good; itis a strategic marketing tool. Second of all this place is about feeding the masses, and fast. So, when it comes toconsistency at this McDonald's they can sometimes get things looking wrong or give you wrong items. The accuracy of this placeis rather quite good considering how fast they have to get everyone moving. I would say about 85% of the time they get itright! When they don't is because they have young teenagers working and are inexperienced at paying attention to details. Thisis also the case when it comes to the meet and greet with these teenagers at this location. They can sometimes not smile, notlook up at you, not even say a word to you when handing out your order to you. This would be a management training opportunity! The food does come out most of the time looking good, not sloppily made or thrown together. It is deliberate on the way it ismade and made to order! I would say this is the second-best McDonald's in Rapid City. If you do get a wrong item or an itemmissing on your order, just tell them and they will always make it right for you!
