OMG !! SO GROSS. I was there tonight (11/19/2022) with my wife to grab a bite. One of the regular employees - male, many... tattoos, not that young...was building our order. He turned his head to just open sneeze - toward the grill - gross.... butthat's not it yet. He has snot on his face, with drips of snot on his nose. A normal person would stop, clean up, wash up, andcontinue. NOT THIS SWINE. He rubs the snot (A LOT) off of his face all over the back of his left gloved hand, and continues onwith my wife's burrito. THE BACK OF HIS GLOVE IS VISIBLY WET WITH SNOT - AND HE JUST TROOPS ON. We literally turned around andwalked out. So that's what you're eating when you go to Pancheros. Enjoy. Read more

Basic but very tasty. Mixing the burrito ingredients before wrapping and making fresh tortillas is their big gimmick. Still... prefer Qdoba ingredients but the mixing and tortilla are enough to turn the tides Read more
In my opinion Pancheros has the best tacos in Rapid City! The staff is friendly. The food is fresh and made to order. They offer... variety of salsas. I?ve never been disappointed at this location. Read more
Don?t order online they will never get it right. Customer service is SO BAD. I understand understaffing and I am happy to wait... for good food, but if you can never get an order right there is no point in going here. I asked for extras that were an addedprice, the toppings were never added but the extra charges were. If you like to throw money out the window go here. I love thefood and it?s so sad that this place refuses to listen to a customer or order. Food wise this place is so much better thanchipotle or Qdoba but sadly I won?t be coming back. A very good place for some delicious modern Mexican food. This place is very similar to Chipotle or a Qdoba but just that its... more local. I loved it more than Qdoba and just as much as Chipotle. The best part is that they make fresh Tortillas for theirBurritos! ???? The fresh Tortillas taste much better and goes very well with the toppings. Their Guacamole ???? is also verygood. My personal favorite thing about this restaurant is that they have Tofu for people who do not eat meat! This is very rareand a very good addition to the menu. Take Chipotle or Salsarita's and you've got Panchero's. The food was mostly fresh (the chicken was a bit dry but that's par for... the course most of the time) - and the staff did a nice job of preparing the plates and getting us through the line. They cut usa break on the kids' meals since we really had no idea how to order, ha, so that was a pleasant surprise. I recommend the nachobowl with extra queso and sour cream! Read more
My "steak" quesadilla had no steak. My burrito's wrapper was soaked in some fluid as I'd it had been dipped in soup. I used to... recommend pancheros over Qdoba because of the quality. As far as I'm concerned now, you might as well eat over either. Read more
