Generally good food, but don't count on saving time by ordering online... several times now, I've ordered ahead and come at or... after the "scheduled" time only to have them not even start making it till I stop in to pick up. Respect your customer's timeplease. If you say it's going to be ready, have it ready. Keeping your word isn't rocket science. Pizza was very good...however, good luck with the crust and getting it on the pizza pie plate to cook???? that is the only issue

Came in there was a little bit of a weight no problem. What I have is a problem with the shorter young lady with dark hair and... white watch on touching her hair then face with gloves on then going back to making the pizzas. Glad she did not make mine. Themanagement did nothing to correct this when they were right next to her. That's gross and should not be allowed when long hairshould be put up or hair netted. Read more

This is second pizza that was prepared incorrectly. I ordered online. I made a few modifications but the one I most wanted... didn?t happen. I do not like mushrooms. I asked on last 2 orders to remove from one side of pizza. It did not happen and thesmall mushrooms are all but impossible to remove. This ruins pizza for me. Nasty temperament, hostile, unfriendly. 25 min to make a pizza at 1pm on a Thursday Come on. Only pizza to be picked up when we... got there. Must have interrupted their favorite soap opera. I placed an order online and was told that it would be ready in 31 minutes. My husband gets to the store and is told very rudely... that he?ll just have to wait his turn. That is funny because my husband waited in line to get to the counter only to get ahorrible attitude from what looked like a high school kid that hated his job. My order was a family-sized pizza and Caesarsalad. After order being placed 49 minutes ago, we finally get our pizza. When my husband asks about the salad, again the veryrude kid says ?we?ll didn?t you get it from the case?? There were absolutely zero salads in the case. My husband was told thatthe person who makes the salads is in the back and will get to it whenever he has time. He had to wait another 15 minutes forthe salad after having to ask them multiple times about it. Unfortunately, this locations service quality both in foodpreparation and customer service has gone in the toilet. They?re staff is very disrespectful and rude.
