Ordered Classic eggs Benedict eggs slightly under med. We came out med/well and egg shell in food. Didnt want to say a word... because our food took forever and didn't feel like sitting here for even longer. waitress keept forgetting things. It was four stars until flies started coming in our food. You can see how much syrup is on our plates. It's didn't look good at... all. Food tastes okay. The server was nice. Welcomed us with smile and was quick with our coffee and food. Read more

My first time here. I enjoyed the experience. Great food. Server was new it was her first day. She did well. Staff was friendly.

Servers were warm and friendly. As busy as it was the service and warm food made it a lovely experience. The food comes out in... wonderful proportions, the little coffee creamer holder thing was nice and loaded with salt, sugars, peppers, and creamers.These guys may be understaffed, but even being understaffed they still stay open until midnight unlike the other one. Our serverCalla came to check on us often, and even got us refills without us asking. I ordered the pork chops while my boyfriend orderedthe big country skillet. Safe to say both of our stomachs are full and satisfied! Will definitely be visiting again! Read more

Very good French toast and blueberry pancakes. Eggs and bacon are standard/good. Friendly service. There was only one person in... the kitchen and a mostly full restaurant so the food took a while to come out, but staff shortages are everywhere right now soyou can?t really blame Perkins for that one. I have been to this Perkins twice, both times at supper time around 6pm-7pm or so. Both times this restaurant has failed to... impress. The hostess needs to be trained properly. Will just walk past you while you're waiting for a seat. Then after 10minutes or so asks how many and then doesn't say anything else. You are to assume to follow to a booth. ok I guess. Then thewaitress comes over who also needs training. Asks for drinks and goes gets them. Better ration this first drink because theywon't be by to do refills on their own accord! Then orders your food. Once they bring your food over to you that's it! No morecontact. Could be an hour or more before you stop her yourself and ask for things. I even tried to give a hint by stacking allof the dirty dishes up and leaving on the edge of the table and still no one came over to us! They don't ask for desert either.Good thing unless you have another hour or more to waste. One side note, the food is good here. It is cooked thoroughly and iswell done. The main thing here is training and lots of it! Their customer service skills is horrendous and has been for quitesometime. Blame the managers at this place for this, and not the teenagers that are here part time! Do better or losebusiness! Read more

Ordered california eggs Benedict with fruit as the side. Also the meat lovers skillet with a side of toast. Shortly before the... food came out, the waitress came and told us they were out of avocado. So the order was switched to regular eggs Benedict. Thefood came out with no ham on the eggs Benedict and no fruit. They told us suddenly they were out of fruit and they would go cookthe ham and they forgot to cook the toast. I was a little worried bc of the mediocre reviews, but it was pretty good. The service was a little slow but the waitress was... nice. I probably would of eaten somewhere else but it's snowing in Rabid City and we had to get a hotel next door to Perkins. Iordered the pot roast dinner after seeing someone eating it and it looked good. The roast was nice and tender with plenty ofgravy with peas and carrots mixed in. The baked potato was very good and they used real bacon bits which is a big plus. Thebroccoli was cooked perfectly too. Ordered a piece of apple pie to go and that was pretty good. Read more
