Food was delicious. Had to ask the waitress to wipe off a table for us as they were all dirty. Waitress was standing at the... register laying her head on the counter while the tables remained dirty. There were several floor spaces under tables where foodhad been dropped and needed to be swept up. I would certainly order from here again but it would be to go. Read more

Very disappointed. We ate outside in the back/side of the store. First off there were employees smoking in the eating area with... no smoking sign posted. There is cigarette butts on the edge of fire pit and at least 20+ butts in the fire pitt. entire area isvery dirty. Every table needed cleaning. Does not show any evidence of the floor being cleaned/washed. The flies wereextreme, had to cover our food while eating. Others from another store seemed to be using the area as a break area? It was ok, exactly what it says on the sign, just a Philly. I had the Packer and Monterey Mac and Cheese. I tip my hat to this... owner as Phillys can be a VERY judgmental food and people can get mean but the creativity was fun for the interior theme. It?s aPhilly Cheese steak place in South Dakota, be nice people. I would go back because they had many different options I wanted totry but not physically possible to eat everything : ). My husband and I i?ve been craving a Philly cheesesteak, after reading the mixed reviews we decided to give Philly Ted?s a try... for ourselves. We were not disappointed. My husband had the footlong build your own cheese steak with extra meat, and I got thesix inch. Our sandwiches came from the kitchen piping hot with the right amount of melted cheese and ready to be devoured. Ifyou are in Rapid City give Philly Teds a try! We will definitely eat here again. Philly Ted's is my favorite restaurant. They always custom make my sub perfectly the way I love it. Their subs are out of this... world delicious. Their service is awesome as well. When I'm in Rapid City Ted's is where I enjoy eating. Read more
Philly teds used to be one of my favorite places in town to eat at. That was before they raised prices to the point where I... cannot afford to eat there anymore. 16 dollars for just a cheesesteak and almost 20 for a 12 pack of wings is not feasible forme. Especially for a family of 4. I can go to arbys down the street and with a coupon get a full cheesesteak meal with fries anda drink for under 10 dollars. I get supporting the local economy if you can afford to do so, and Philly teds nonetheless hasgood food. So if you can afford it then by all means enjoy. I unfortunately cannot. Read more
