We came all the way from the eastern panhandle of WV. Had been on the road, no sleep except for 2 or 3 hours, and no shower for... 2 and a half days!! Shayla was sweet. I work at the Pilot in ClearBrook,VA and felt an instant connection with her. We told somepersonal stories and I have to say....that is one tough girl! Working at truck stops isn't easy sometimes and definitely isn'tsafe. But she's the type of person you want to see when you finally get off the road. Showers were 17 instead of the 12 at mystore but prices are gonna be different 1000mi from home. We should have some kind of employee point system though so we can getshowers like the drivers do. Showers at this location were clean. Water kept making a weird noise then would get real hot thencold then go back to normal. Annoying but not a big deal. Very nice and clean store, their employee also very friendly, helpfull and has big smile to the customer. Restroom are clean,... Asking for overnight parking also, they give the chance. Its very reccomended place to stop. Read more
Careful in that lot. There is a deep pothole in that lot filled with water so you cant see the depth. If your tractor tires fall... in there you definitely will not make it out. My trailer tires fell in it and more than half of the tires were under water. Read more
