Coffee was good but ordered a huckleberry cold drink and they handed me a half cup I was not happy with that but to many people... at drive through an we was just passing through so don't order anything but Coffee they just don't take the time to makeanything else. Read more
I had a good but not excellent experience at Scooter?s. I used the drive through and placed my order, but the clerk kept... repeating it back incorrectly, even though my I thought my unaccented English was clear. She finally got it, but then when Igot to my hotel room with the coffee, my coffee was fine but the chai tea for my wife was not like any chai tea she had everhad. Tasted almost like apple cider. It was too late to go back and change it. We ended up just pouring it out. Sadly ittasted awful. I won?t be back in Rapid City again, but home they do better for the next customer. Read more
My mother was trying to get a coffee for her 2 hour drive home and knew it was cutting it close but saw she still had 3 minutes... until they closed so she ran up to the door and the door was locked and then she got back in her car to go through the drivethrough and they ignored her in the drive through and then as if they had any good reason to, they called the cops on my motherand reported her as an intoxicated driver (she was very much sober and not under the influence of anything) so the cops show upand have to breathalyze my mother and run her ID. The cops were kind and knew she wasn't drunk and showed her the report thegirls inside made and this was all because they closed the store before normal business hours and didn't want to have to provideservice 3 minutes to closing. On top of the already overpriced, mediocre coffee, they leave 20% of your cup empty (see pic of untouched drinks). Only the left... two drinks are light ice and the right was supposed to be regular. When I mentioned it they didn?t offer to fill the cup up anymore. No customer service Read more
Excellent service and the best iced coconut mocha I?ve ever had!! The POS main machine was down- so the staff let me know it... would take a few extra minutes to get my 5 drink order put together. In LESS time than I?ve ever waited at a Starbucks, they hadthe whole drink order ready, confirmed that two were decaf AND apologized for the wait (which was barely noticeable!) they werefriendly, efficient and obviously a smooth, well functioning team. I live in MN, but if I come back to RCity- I?ll be sure tomake another stop! Read more
I'd never been to a Scooter's. The employees were super friendly and the Americano was great. I take my coffee black, so... there's no hiding bad coffee and theirs was smooth at every temperature. Read more
The drive-thru was relatively fast when compared to other coffee shops. Their bold roast coffee was terrific. The breakfast... burrito was simply a premade one, reheated, and served in some sort of typical frozen food packaging. I would not recommend it.I would be willing to revisit here and try other items. No matter the location, no matter the time of year, Scooter's always comes through in such a big way. The Carmelicious is my... favorite drink and it seems to get better with each one that I order. The staff is always courteous, attentive, and vivacious. The energy exemplified by the staff matches that of the punch that the coffee delivers. Though they tend to be a bit moreexpensive than much of the competition, the quality of the products offered are well worth the elevated prices. Not only doesthe coffee make each experience enjoyable, the staff truly round out the overall atmosphere and enjoyment factor. Read more
