We had a birthday party for 14 adults there on Sunday. When I called to make reservations they were prompt and polite when... answering the phone so that set a good tone from the git go! I arrived 15 minutes early and they had our table ready, Jenna ourwaitress handled the whole table herself and she did an amazing job!! She was able to correctly bill everyone and we asked topay for everyone's first drink and appetizers and everyone else paid for their own dinner which I'm sure wasn't easy but shedidn't say anything, she just handled it beautifully! The food was great and quick, the drinks were good! The atmosphere wasnice, not too echoey or loud. There was a vent that the air could get pretty cool at times but that was pretty minor. The food was scrumptious and the service was terrific. The food was a bit slow getting to us, but worth the wait. Love it when... they don't charge us for the extra sauce, too. The wings (mild sauce) were huuuge...the biggest hot wings I've seen at anyrestaurant. Read more
!! This review is solely for their chicken wings !! 5-star chicken wings!! Our favorite wing place in Rapid City. The wings are... big and crispy, lots of meat on the bones. Absolutely amazing service! We were greeted at the door, like they literally opened the door for us. Liz was our waitress and... she is just amazing! Wait times could be better, but our food was great and the atmosphere is great. We had wings, ribeye steak,and crispy chicken sandwich. Read more
Not a pleasant experience...got seated at 1140, walked out the door with a to go box at 1225... Several tables after us had... already eaten by the time I flagged the waitress to say just put it in a to go box. My friends food wasn't any faster...fishtacos and rib tips. Supposed to have crinkle fries... Doubtful if I return.... Read more
Came through Rapid City with a group of 25 people. I called about 30 minutes out asking if they could accommodate us. Not only... did they do so, I feel they went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. From the moment we arrived, wewere made to feel welcome and ensure our needs were met. This included one of our party who has a severe gluten allergy. On ourtrip, we had some pretty sketchy experiences with restaurants claiming to be able to handle severe gluten allergies, only tofind out they really did not, and that person had to find other meal options. Not here though - Tim not only knew the menufront and back to explain various food options, but he also took time to explain the process of how they were going to ensure nocontamination would take place. At the end - this place delivered. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. The next time I come through Rapid City, this will be a must stop. A great place for the family, first date or just by yourself! Great choices to be had but I was in the mood for some shrimp. ... Tonight I ordered the Shrimp Platter sautéed with baked potato and veggies. The shrimp was plump and full of flavor. The potatocooked just right and the vegetables were good as well. For dessert I tried their Chocolate Fantasy. It could be split for twobut is enough for one. Great atmosphere. The price for the amount of food was reasonable.
