These are the sweetest baristas ever. My car died in the middle of the drive through. Not only did the manager call her mechanic... husband to help, the batistas and even some customers helped push my car through the drive through and to the side. My daughter and I went in to use the bathroom at this location today. While the bathrooms were clean, when we walked out and... waited in line, we were not greeted and come to think of it we were not greeted when we walked through the doors. After beinglooked at by three of the six employees working, one employee said to another, ?you have the front?. I was not greeted by herafter she said that and obviously saw me and did not say hello to me or my daughter. These are fundamental things that consumersexpect when entering an establishment with hopes to consumer their products. There was no one in the drive through either. Wewon?t be returning. Read more

All the staff we?re super friendly! I went there the other day and I bough a reusable cup, I got home and unfortunately it was... cracked. I called the next day to see if I could exchange it and the staff leader Heather (I think was her name) was so friendlyon the phone, she said she remembered me and she would honor it so she let me get a new one! In a time when so many businesses AND WORKERS are struggling, it was AWESOME this morning to be in a place where the workers... were singing and having fun while quickly working to serve their customers!
