Ordered through the app for curbside pick up due to foot injury. Pick up time was 5:05, didn?t have anybody bring my food out so... called the restaurant at 5:20, no one picked up the phone. Waited 5 more minutes and went inside with injured foot to ask aboutmy ?curbside pick up order? since I saw people that went in while I was waiting were already leaving the restaurant with theirfood in hand. As soon as I said my curbside order, they pointed at mobile order pick up area and said ?it?s right there?. I said?it?s a curbside pick up?? And they still said ?yea it?s right there?. I was not happy and came home to find there was a usedglove wrapped with my sandwich. Not to add, my sandwich had banana peppers that I did not ask for. Worst experience ever. Willnot be coming back. I?ll give 0 star if I can. 11/11/2022 - received a call asking to elaborate what happened. Explained whathappened and was asked ?why didn?t I just go through the drive thru?. There obviously is a reason why I chose curbside pick upversus drive thru. Then I was told they had a glitch in the system and didn?t receive my email complaint. I was asked if I tookpictures so informed it?s on Google review so if needed, they can view it through Google review. Got asked the question ?why didyou do that? I told you there was a glitch in the email so didn?t know about it.? OK. HOW DO I KNOW IF THERE WAS A GLITCH ANDWHAT DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE??? Then I was told to remove the review. I said no and she sighed saying ?well I do the rightthing and and don?t post stuff on social media so where can I send the refund?? SO I DID THE WRONG THING BY POSTING A REVIEW??And her response was ?I did not say that.? Well it certainly sounded that way. I told her to forget about the refund and I?llleave the review up and she hung up on me saying ?we don?t need you back at subway?. WOW. WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Theworst ever!!!!!! We asked the ladies how their day was going and they ignored us. My husband asked one of the girls what the FL pro size was and... they looked at eachother and ignored us again. Both were very rude to us. Not impressed. Read more

I went there 5/14 during the lunch hour, 1st the 2 young ladies working there were amazing very nice and told my daughter how... pretty she was. They were very patient w us since we had 2 smalls kids w us. As my sandwich was being made what I'm guessing wasthe manager came by and started digging into my sandwich tearing it apart and yelled at the girl for putting 2 extra pieces ofmeat on my sandwich ripping them off the sandwich and throwing them back in the piles then literally just thew my sandwich backtogether. I know the rules are only 3 pieces of meat but to do that I front of a customer so rudely was not okay treat youremployees better! Read more

Super not happy with this place right now. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. Fine. Whatever.... Everyone is short staffed I get that. I wasn't in a rush. BUT then I ordered a spicy Italian chopped salad and they didn't putthe pepperoni or salami on it! And no fork so I couldn't even eat it! Plus it was so so small compared to other salads I'veeaten there before. Like barely a handful of toppings and salad combined. Worst, smallest $9 salad I've ever had. I will nevergo back here. ???? Very efficient subway, very friendly. It has a drive through, I ordered it inside because of the quantity. I got 8 wraps 2... salads I had them choose basically what it had on them. They did a great job, even though it's stressful choosing what someoneeats haha. Salads are not my exact favorite from there nothing they did wrong. Read more

Was not impressed. If you want better service go inside rather than the drive through. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through... and there were only 2 vehicles in front of me. My cookie was also really hard and disappointing. You could tell it was notfresh. Sandwich was made properly but took forever so it was cold. The one person that was working hard was an elderly woman andshe was amazing. The others moved slowly or just stood spacing out. Read more
