Nummy sandwiches as always. Great service. The person behind counter was only one on duty as other person who was suppose to be... there was late by close to an hour (guess this is a habit with this particular employee as a few days before we were in, lateemployee was late by 2 hours!) but good employee did awesome. Was also there yesterday and has Danny stated. That kid Evan did a great job. Said he was working 11 hour shift and it seemed he... was by himself for most of it. He had Togo orders and walk-ins including myself. He was calm and collected. Very professionaland he still was able to smile. Give that kid a good raise or find some more help. I work in food service and I would hire himin an instant. Also management needs to remove the passive aggressive signs on the back door, put them somewhere else or removedthem completely. As someone that works in the industry it's bad for appearances and shows you don't really care about yourstaff. Otherwise 5 stars for that dude. Read more
Not as Good as Sturgis. Awesome Manager that knows how to make the best sandwiches. Never new there was a difference in food... chains. Seriously stop in Sturgis and try their subs. This man should train all stores. Read more
First time I came was great! Called to make an online order, whoever Greg is has a horrible attitude. I was very cool about having to wait because they were... already helping somebody in the store, but when I gave him my order he seemed like I was rushing him, and when I asked if he wasready for the veggies on the sandwich he said I guess. And at the end when I said that?s gonna be all for my order he said OKbye. Super strange, whole crew definitely needs a rundown on customer handling. So let me tell you about the Rockstar in subway! He was doing a great job keeping up with his online orders and I've never seen... someone take so much care for an online order... Seriously! I worked in food many times. Now, that wasn't even our food I'mranting on about! He was very great, friendly and forgot cukes so put some in a cup to go!
