Recently this taco bell has been very iffy. I deliver orders made online and they literally ignore the customers inside and only... do drive through orders. This means my customer who ordered online is waiting and waiting. I try going through the drive-throughand they insist I have to come inside before they start my customers order even though I was already in there for over 20minutes. Very rude if you ask me, I avoid this location at all costs anymore. Read more

I placed an order for a meal with no cheese in the drive through. I took the time to verify my order was correct on the screen... with no cheese listed for both the main item and side item. There was cheese on the side item. I called to notify the store andthe woman I spoke to ensured me there was no cheese. She told me that I could bring it back so she could look at it to verifythere was no cheese. She insisted that there was no cheese as I was holding the taco with cheese on it. She was rude,argumentative, and condescending. No apology. I shouldn?t have to prove there is cheese. I also am not going to drag my kidacross town to prove I understand what cheese looks like. I didn?t want a refund, just wanted to let them know that they misseda modification that, had I not double checked before eating, would have consumed an allergen. I cannot have dairy. I researchedthe menu before ordering to ensure I could order a dairy free meal to accommodate an allergy. I got off work late and hadlimited options, generally we avoid Taco Bell or eating out in general because of a milk allergy. I will NEVER come to Taco Bellagain. It is okay to make a mistake. However to argue with someone and insist they are lying is unprofessional. I didn?t evenwant a refund. I just wanted to let them know a mistake was made so they could avoid messing up someone else?s order. Reallydidn?t need to deal with an argumentative and defensive attitude. Read more

The employees at this Taco Bell have decided to try as hard as humanly possible to ignore all dining room orders. Wait over 10... minutes until someone finally approaches you to place your order. Then watch drive thru order after drive thru order be quicklyserved while you wait 25 mins for your order of 2 bean and rice burritos. When you realize you've wasted your entire lunch hourand still haven't received your order, you walk out even though you already paid. I watched 2 customers do exactly that and Iwas about to be number 3. Just avoid this location at all costs, save your sanity. Read more

I really appreciate all the hard work by the staff and the staff being able to fix my issue quickly. Teiler is working her butt... off as the new thrown in GM and Ethan was phenomenal as well. They both did such a fantastic job with customer service andmaking sure i was a happy customer before leaving. I will return over and over if this is the kind of staff Taco Bell hires.Teiler and Ethan are SAINTS for dealing with some of the customers they have and handling it with grace. We came after the lunch rush and the place was already clean. Friendly staff especially the cashier. She greeted us immediately... with a big smile and a voice that sounded like she really enjoyed working there. Refreshing change. I wish I remembered heyname. Read more
