The service in the drive-through was bad. The young girl acted like she didn't want to be there and had an attitude issue. After... several failed card transactions things got worse. The attitude was terrible and it was the card terminal that was broken notour several cards she tried. Then we get home and all the food was cold and soggy. The meat wasnt fresh and several taco damageand throw together sloppyy. The way the food was prepared and the freshness was poor. Even the way the tacos and burritowrappers poorly done and several food wrappers dirty on the outside and should never be served this way. Very disappointingdinner and waste of money and time. Left half of my order out, so I drove across town and back again. Manager was extremely rude and condescending. Told me that I... was lying and that she?s been there all night and never got an order like mine. Once I showed them the receipt, they handed memy sad burritos and didn?t offer any kind of solution. Not to mention the inevitable disappointment when they give you all thewrong sauces. Tall with short blonde hair. Hope she gets fired. Read more

Most every time I order from this taco bell, it's incorrect. I work long hours, late nights, and when I get off of work, I don't... always want to cook. 98% of the time I order from here, it is either cold, wrong, or just disappointing. The workers there arein general, not friendly at night, and clearly don't want to be there. It would be nice to see some correct orders come out ofthe place from time to time. Read more

This used to be my favorite taco bell in rapid city but about a year ago it started to go downhill with mistakes on both drive... through and mobile orders as well as poor customer service. In one instance a few months ago, I placed a mobile order for over$10 and when I got to the speaker box they confirmed my order as normal then at the window they informed me that they were outof ingredients and unable to make my food. I asked about a refund and was told just to cancel it through the app since it was amobile order then they shut the window and walked away. I drove around to park and cancel but was unable to because the employeehad checked it in as picked up and the store closed while I was trying to figure out a way get a refund without having to dealwith the employee's attitude. I wrote to customer service immediately requesting the store follow up with me but never heardback. This along with countless other issues ranging from customizations being ignored, missing items, things like quesadillaswith cold, unmelted, straight from the fridge cheese, and attitude from the workers both in person and on the phone when myselfas well as others have tried to get our orders fixed has caused me to go out of the way to other Taco Bells in town. Avoid thisplace if you can, go up 5th a little farther to the location on Stumer Road or over to East North Street. Read more

I pulled into the drive through five minute before close and waited in line behind another car for them to shut the lights off... and not even acknowledge me when I pulled up to order. I?ve worked food service along time and I was taught that if they were inline before close that you take their order. Clearly Taco Bell doesn?t practice common decency ???????? Read more

I hadn't had Taco Bell for almost two years and I couldn't have had a worse experience. I know they're short staffed but look at... these tacos. They're supposed to be supreme. When we told them about it they brushed us off. It was really sad. I hope they canimprove in the future. Read more

Tried ordering on the app and after I received my notification that my order was ready I still had to wait 15 minutes. Ordered... box of supreme taco first five had three or less tomatoes on them and one had no meat. This Taco Bell seems to be going downhill recently. Read more
