After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru (which I have no issues with, it was lunchtime and I understand how staffing is... right now) I was told at the window that they could only take cash because their system was down. My experience with this location have been rather hit or miss lately. There's a couple employees I strongly dislike here though.... One due to his life long parole status and another that is supposed to be a manager due to his extremely poor attitude. Iordered through the app recently for myself and my fiance. It was really late at night because I work overnights, and he went topick it up. When he got there, they had lost the order, it got busy, they didn't give him the receipt like they were supposedto, and the manager was rude. It took forever. On top of that, they didn't even make the order correctly. When I called to talkto them about the order, I was very polite, but he apparently wanted to get angry and argue and choose rudeness that night. I'msorry that you made my order wrong and can't own up to it. Do not tell me what you did or didn't put on my food when it'sliterally right in front of me.
