After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru (which I have no issues with, it was lunchtime and I understand how staffing is... right now) I was told at the window that they could only take cash because their system was down. I understand computer issues,but I feel like somebody could have come outside and informed the people in line. I wasted my lunch break on a 12 hour shift anddidn't get to eat. Read more

My experience with this location have been rather hit or miss lately. There's a couple employees I strongly dislike here though.... One due to his life long parole status and another that is supposed to be a manager due to his extremely poor attitude. Iordered through the app recently for myself and my fiance. It was really late at night because I work overnights, and he went topick it up. When he got there, they had lost the order, it got busy, they didn't give him the receipt like they were supposedto, and the manager was rude. It took forever. On top of that, they didn't even make the order correctly. When I called to talkto them about the order, I was very polite, but he apparently wanted to get angry and argue and choose rudeness that night. I'msorry that you made my order wrong and can't own up to it. Do not tell me what you did or didn't put on my food when it'sliterally right in front of me. I was supposed to speak to the district manager recently about this incident but got busy andforgot to call. If you're reading this, o would like to speak with you about this. Read more

Went to 3 different Taco Bells in Rapid City, before deciding to eat at the cleanest one...which was far from clean. Food was... good....but since there was no one else, just our group...there is no reason for every table in the place to be filthy and foodcovering the floors. There were plenty of employees, standing around, doing nothing....at all 3 locations. Read more
This was your average/basic taco bell. It wasn't great but it also wasn't bad. There are better Taco Bells in Rapid City, but if... you need a quick late night bite to eat it's not bad. Read more
Hi you wonderful people I have excellent service at 902 East NORTH Street Rapid City SD 57701 store number 027881 is fantastic... energetic funloving people clearly they have talent wearing hats shirts and smiling being positive caring funny and beautifulpeople they care a lot more then just an order they believe in the store and evidently live there job! Most the other fast foodstores in our town have been moving slow rude and takes 1 hr and a half for 8 cars I won?t mention the problems but this companyparticular this store is number 1 in the nation as I have been traveling from time to time and I seen 15 cars late at nightbecause the fast food in our town was rude slow and unapologetic! There computers down and ignoring our order so we found thisstore all across town literally 8 minutes it took to drive through the team was making it fun as they got slammed and I toldthem what was happening in our town they laughed and said well good for our store!
