Usually hit this one by newer walmart on our way out of town. Hardly ever mess up our order, which is nice when we almost always... do drive thru. This time we went inside. Restroom was clean as was lobby. Only one customer when we arrived but about 8 while wesat there. Staff was relatively quick. I hate leaving bad reviews, but after work tonight I wanted something quick so I went to Taco Bell, I asked for 3 crunchy tacos,... and their drive through screen showed soft, so, I asked them if they could change it to crunchy, they did, and even went overthe order and read back to me what I wanted. I get home and I still got soft tacos? it wasn?t busy, in fact there was only oneperson ahead of me at the time. Otherwise I could understand the mix up, but I corrected them and they even fixed it on theirend so not sure how I still ended up with the wrong item? Read more
Worst taco bell ever! Rude employees working up front on 10-13-22. Older gal with brown hair was not a good choice for customer... service. Every other Taco Bell in town = 4 or 5 star. This Taco Bell = 1 star. I have had more messed up orders and poor service than... every other Taco Bell in town combined and I eat there a LOT. The manager LITERALLY told me maybe I should go to another TacoBell instead when I complained to him face to face. I actually hope this Taco Bell closes down it is worth the extra 10 minutedrive to get to a better one Read more
i don?t like leaving bad reviews but honestly, this place was a little ridiculous. i went through their drive through, and they... forgot one of my items. not a huge deal, i call and ask about it. they explain they?re training someone new on the line ( i getit, we?ve all been there ) and say i can come back and get it. cool, i do that because i was hungry and i got one of the moreexpensive items. i get there. there?s a guy cleaning something, he looks at me and then just keeps cleaning. doesn?t evenacknowledge my existence. i don?t expect immediate service but this guy didn?t even say ?hey it?ll be a minute? or even a ?hi?.about two minutes after he looked at me, he finally comes over to ask what?s up. i explain and he hollers out my order. when itcomes, it?s legit thrown onto the corner, i barely see the girl who brought it, and am given a second handed ?thanks for lettingus fix that?. note: they were not busy. also, i asked for regular, they confirmed regular at my second pick up, and still i gotthe spicy one. so disappointed. Watched one employee slam an order that was done, had to argue with the same employee on still needing cups for our cups,... employees arguing over a meal being made, food was never boxed when that's what we ordered so we lost our food, no receipt,lobby looked like was never cleaned in over 5 hours you can't find a clean spot to sit I'd rather get my money back and go toArby's that is a business over. I was very disappointed by how poor the service was at this Taco Bell. They cheaply prepared the food and messed up all of the... items on my order; they missed multiple ingredients in all of them. One of my items was a beefy 5 layer burrito and they didn'teven put meat in it; it was literally just beans and cheese. They also didn't include everything on my order so I paid extra foran item I didn't even get. I got extremely ripped off by this place. I would not recommend it. Read more
i don?t like leaving bad reviews nor calling a manager? i went through today and was the only person in line i asked for a nacho... bell grande meal and asked for hot sauce there was only one for my meal so i asked for one more the lady at the window says ? ialready gave you some ? i politely asked if i could have a few more, she only handed me one.. than slammed the window in myface. i got home and started eating there were 2 long black hairs in my food. i will not be going back. get new staff.
