Ordered my food got to the window and was told sold out of one item so they said they could give me something else instead I... order the same burger and fries no problem there, service was ok they didnt seem happy about the change at window although Itwasn't my fault. Drove across the street to eat my food but found it cold with top bun hard/stale bottom bun soggy same withboth burgers as if maybe these are precooked and kept warm. Fries same quality, I've had Wendy's plenty of times and know howgood they can be when fresh off the grill. Later after eating, the liquid that made the burgers soggy hardened into a cloudywaxy substance guessing they where drenched in grease pretty gross. Read more
Morning staff doesn?t know how to scan my breakfast coupons on the app. Every time I go early they can?t figure out how to work... it so I end up paying a lot more than it should be. One morning I arrived to the drive-thru at 10:20 am and was told by the ladyon the speaker to please wait. She conveniently didn?t speak again until 10:30 on the dot, to which she told me they are nolonger serving breakfast. Kind of messed up to make someone wait until right when you stop serving. Way understaffed and the frosty machine froze up. Took forever to get through the drive thru. Food was standard fast food fare... but there was a spicy nugget mixed into the regular nuggets for my kids who had an unpleasant surprise. Read more
Came here at 2:30 pm and they were steady but after we ordered, we almost waited 20 minutes for our food and didn't get a... receipt. My fiancé went up for his order and the manager was rude when asking what we ordered, then they made his hot honeychicken sandwich wrong when all he wanted was the sauce on the side. They crew has zero communication, they were arguing witheach other, trying to pin blame when trying to assist my fiancé. Read more
Came here a few times for lunch. My last experience will make it my last attempt. I ordered a meal and I noticed on the screen... it said the size was small. I asked, "Can I have that meal as a large?" The guy on the coms only replies with "Anything else!?".Nothing changed on the screen so I assumed he did not hear me. I asked again, his reply "Anything else!? I asked again, hisreply "Anything else!? Finally I asked if he can confirm he actually heard what I said. He replied with something snarky. Idecided to just drive away. Someone who is that disrespectful to me when I am trying to spend money at their business, I do nottrust them to put respect into the quality of food. I understand it's hard to find good employees. I wish the management all thebest in finding better ones. Read more
The place was really slow when I went in with my brother. So, we got our order in fast. Pretty simple stuff. The staff were... polite and pretty nice but the fries were like cardboard. Cold n? old. The lemonade was perfect though, that made me happy. Thefront counter person asked us to fill out a survey but I didn?t have much nice to say so I didn?t spend a sec thinking about asurvey. So, if this location doesn?t have a line or is really slow, expect cold nasty fries ???? much of the food was undertemp. I?ll probably go somewhere else other than this location. We were running late and tired from driving all day, just wanted something fast to eat. We stopped at Wendy's for salads. The 2... girls at the drive through were great. We wanted the small salads and they had none, we got large chicken salads for the smallsize price . We ended up getting more food. Read more
