I placed an order through the drive thru, They forgot half my order, I got all the way home called the store talk to one of the... managers, he was very nice and pleasant, he told me to come back tomorrow for lunch order what I wanted One him when I gotthere the cashier "Ben" was very extremely rude I asked for the manager Paul who was very nice, I placed another order at nocharge with Paul I even offered to show them my receipt from last night... I asked Ben for a pen so I could write my name on the receipt and he told me we don't have no pens and he never even came back to the register... The only reason why I would go backto this location is because it's close to my job for lunch break.... I give Paul 5 stars and Ben 5 Zero's Read more

They used expired ingredients and then overcooked them to avoid looking bad. After we ate here, we all vomited and became ill.... Avoid this location at all costs. Read more

Not great. I ordered food online and went went to the window the server said its closed. Then i said i already paid..then she... said come over. But the quality of the chicken burger was really bad and oily..not going back. Read more

Staff working the drive through were very friendly this morning. I received my order promptly, the portions were generous and... the food quality was excellent. Be aware, however, that this location is only offering drive through at this time. Read more

With $4.25 for gas, they should close the drive-thru, open the counter, and dining room. But then they would have to clean it... and the bathroom. Covid has become an excuse to get off from hiring and doing work. How come Tim Horton's can do it all on theopposite side of the Circle and these clowns can't ? Both chains have a common owner Restaurant Brands International. Many BK'shave closed. I wouldn't be surpised if this one is not around in a year or so. Read more

Dining room closed because there weren't enough employees....why can't we use the drive thru and then just come in and eat, or... close the drive thru instead? Would have been nice to be able to sit, use the bathroom, etc. The few employees that they didhave didn't utter a word to us- not a total when we paid, not a thank you, not even a hello. Didn't give sauces for the chicken.$40 for mediocre food sh*tty customer service and I had to eat in my car in the parking lot. Hire more employees or justclose altogether. If you dont have to pay employees then the price should be lower, right? Read more

Friendly customers service, very organized. And a good selection of your favorite alcoholic beverages. I like how fast and... smooth it feels, form the moment I walk into the store, found my drinks with ease, almost no line may to people waiting, and tothe moment I walk out of the store.
