Online order takes over an hour and 15 minutes. arrived damaged, cold, gross, missing dipping sauces, etc. Why do I pay a... delivery fee and tip in advance to watch your delivery driver take 30 minutes to go 2 miles? Read more

Horrible manager, no manners or basic decency. Messed up our order and gave us pepperoni pizza that we cannot eat. Claimed to... provide store credit that we never received and was not willing to take accountability or listen to us without hanging up thephone 2 words in. Will be reaching out to corporate. Every time I try them I get disappointed (and often so do my guests that keep waiting). Unreliable. Almost always VERY late... (well over an hour) and the pizza arrives cold. Today, when I gave them a kind fair call to inquire after over an hour ofwaiting (20 minutes quality check lol) they were plain rude. Sounded so apathetic and uncaring to the point I rather not eatfood that they make. I don?t think I?ve ever gave such a negative review but this has happened over and over so at this point Ifeel that the people aught to know! Read more

If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. I?m not sure how this location is open. My experience was the worst I?ve ever had.... I can understand staffing issues and employees being overworked give the tight labor market.. But theres no excuse for blatantlies, poor communication, an extreme lack of professionalism, and a lack of an apology or resolution to follow. There was onlyone employee working around 930 pm on 7/12/22 (who initially stated he was a supervisor, then said he doesn?t have a name) thisemployee should undergo training on professionalism or find a job that is more meaningful to him so that he is able to performhis role without such a negative attitude. Additionally, if you are unable to deliver to a certain location then please let thecustomer know instead of lying about the driver coming, knocking on the door, claiming to have called the customer countlesstimes when none of that was true. I was staying at a Marriott hotel, this hotel doesn?t allow any delivery drivers up to theroom. I asked the front desk attendant if anyone came from dominos, he said no and that the nearby Raritan location is the worstplace to order from. Now I know never to order from here again. This store manager needs to be sacked immediately.One of the worst persons you will ever see.Gave a completely wrong order and... doesn't even apolgize and instead asks the other guy to just cancel the order.I believe this guy is doing a wrong job and is notcivilized.Dominos customer service,please review the ratings here and atleast act on this manager based on the feedback postedhere and complaint given to you. Went here again because this is the nearest store near my house and had another horribleexperince.Got a bacon pizza when I ordered veggie pizza,was asked to bring the pizza back when i contacted them via the phonethat i got wrong order only to be told that they would cancel my order.This manager is not civilized and defnitely needs somehelp and so do the others who are working there. Friday 7/1 8 pm est- had a horrible experience with this Domino?s especially with the manager. I placed order on the phone as... the Domino?s app payment link was broken. The person who took the order told me it would be ready within 15 min. I reached atthe store 15 min where store manager asked my name and said order is not ready. Then he said to his colleague that people don?tcheck the tracker when the order is not ready even though I was ready to wait. Then he kept staring at me and saying somethingto his colleague. When I asked if there is a problem and told him to do please do his job, he started using the cuss words andthat was it for me. I cancelled my order and asked for the manager. Apparently this guy went outside the store and locked thedoor from the outside and started saying ?I will show you who the manager is?. I think there is something seriously wrong withthis guy and he needs help. Domino?s management should seriously look into this else it can lead to bigger issues. On my way outhe said more cuss words about me and my family. Will never ordering from this place again. Previous reviews are also depictingthe attitude and behavior problem with this store manager.
