Jersey Mikes is generally a great chain but this location left a lot to be desired. Placed order ahead of time and sandwich had... some errors. Bread was terrible just about inedible. Must have been an issue with how it was cooked because it seemed to be overbaked or something. The consistency was really off. The rest of the sandwich was just eh, not the Jersey Mike's I'm used to. Topit off with not being able to shut the bathroom door as it was improperly on the hinges. Even gas stations have doors that shut.Manager needs to step up the game. Read more

Ordered their meatless sub. It was filled with grilled mushrooms, bell peppers and onions. I am vegetarian and felt the taste... was not great. It was very blend. After I got home I had to add sirecha to make it more flavorful. Read more

It was my first time here, the young man took my order all well but then the person that took it to prepare did some errors but... I noticed only when I was home and ready to eat. I went back and they offered to make it over and this time it was good. Read more

Honestly the cutting takes too long. I walked out didn't want to wait it line. Precut the deli meat before the lunch rush. it's... not good enough for me to wait. I rather go to Wegmans down the street. So much faster. Read more

Subs are great, the employees are wonderful, they are just over worked and very busy. Don't order ahead online. Just go to the... store and order right there. In person orders are given priority. Door dash, too. I waited 25 mins for my online order whileover a dozen people came in and had their sandwiches made. It seems like it's a policy for them to do online orders last. Iwon't do online ordering again. I'll just go there and do my order in person for faster service. Read more

First we usually love Jersey Mike?s. However tonight?s experience was less than Stella. My order was wrong. I ordered a giant... chicken onion peppers with extra American, Mayo and tomato. What I got was a chicken, a few onions, peppers, tomato, LETTUCE andno Mayo. In addition once it was cooked on the grill and the cook was transferring it to the roll the two spatular separatedand half of the filling fell back on the grill the other half fell on the counter next to the grill and never made it into thesandwich. Then he went back to the grill to scoop up the rest but the filling was definitely lacking. And the cheese on half ofthe sub was missing and lastly the roll didn?t taste or feel fresh like they usually do. The other sub was a chicken withonions and peppers along with banana peppers and although that sub was supposed to have provolone it was made with American. Andthe way the sub was wrapped when we got home and unwrapped it didn?t matter what type of cheese was supposed to be n the sub asit was all stuck to the paper wrapper. So all in all it was a disappointing evening at Jersey Mike?s at the Somerville Circle. Ihope this feed back helps. I think the team was struggling this evening because the order before ours was wrong also, after thepeople left they came back because one of the subs was wrong and the cashier who I think was also supervising the thirdassociate who was cleaning admitted he made a mistake and said it in a very nice manner but nonetheless two customers inclusiveor four people had incorrect food given to them. To me that is a red flag saying there might be bigger problems. Lastly, theperson cooking had a big head of hair and had no hat or net on his head. He was a very nice person very polite when he handed usour order but I think a hat or hair net would be appropriate. As I said before I hope the feedback helps.
