I normally don?t write reviews but today I?ll make an exception! Normally the service here is okay but today I had a bad... experience with an employee by the name of a Noah!! After ordering my food I Proceeded to get my drink and accidentallyspilled it while trying to place the top on. I felt completely embarrassed ,so I quietly went up to the counter where Noah wasand explained to him I accidentally spilled my drink and could someone come clean it up so no one got hurt. Noah looked at melike I had 5 heads rolled his eyes paused for a few minutes and with a big sigh told me just get another cup with discus. It wasbad enough I felt bad it happened but for him to make a costumer feel worse didn?t make it any better. Hope there?s some kind oftraining after my review because no one should have to feel this way for accidentally spilling a drink! Read more
Great place with good food. Very busy around 12 noon.
I have been going to this Panera almost weekly since I joined the Sippin' Club. For about $12, you get unlimited drinks and... refills (although I think it is one every 2 hours or something). Of course, that just pulls me in the restaruant since I alwaysseem to order a muffin or bakery item. I got there around 7:45 am - just after they opened at 7:30 am, I believe. I was hopingto get some work done. The radio was rather loud even for a relatively empty restaurant. The coffee is nice and hot. I like todrink it, but Panera coffee is not my go-to favorite. The soft-drinks provide a nice variety from the typical soft drinks insimilar restaurants. The food is usually tasty, and I do not recall having a meal I did not enjoy. I always bring a sweatjacket to keep on hand as the Air Conditioner can be pretty cold! Great on a hot day, but sitting there for a couple hours canget a bit chilly. Read more
Food was great, all the employees were very friendly. The cashier needs a hearing aide. This location lost sales from myself and... my friend when she failed to take our order correctly. Both of us ordered soup and a sandwich. I got rang up for only the soupand she got rang up for only the sandwich. The food was great. What I expect from Panera. Maybe work on training the cashier up. It's not my first time here but it is my last. I knew this place was cheap on sandwich filings but I have them one more... chance... I ordered their Mac & Cheese online because my son loves it. I knew what to expect so I added a comment, "please fillthe Mac bowl to the top". I reasonable request I think... KCF fills potatoes to the rim, Taco bell fills the beans and whodoesn't fill a beverage right to the lid? Even though they should be wise that I know their tricks, they still went with 85% ofthe effort - not a bad a last time but come on!!! This Panera Bread is good and clean. The food is usually ready in a timely manner. Coffee is ok, not too good or to bad (not a... coffee person). The staff is nice and easy to talk. Generally not that busy, and now libraries closed, this is nice and cleanplace to get together with friends and study. Read more
