I spent over $25 at this store and waited in their drive thru for over 30 minutes just to get my food cold and soggy. I have... never been so disappointed with a McDonald?s before. I was just went through the drive-thru and this is the second time that I arrived home and not had all my food. Plus they messed... up my entire order that was given through the drive-thru and I paid for it at the first window went to the second window and Iordered a pumpkin spice iced latte and the girl at the window proceeded to hand me a soda and then comes back to the window andasked me what my order was like they didn't even take an order from me so I told her what my order was and she brings it to meand then I arrive home and not all my food is in the back and this is the second time this has happened Read more

The drive thru menu is like Alice in wonderland. The mc chicken sandwich taste like garbage whatever the lettuce or some kinda... white sauce definitely was not tartar. I ordered our meal through door dash. We had no problems with the dasher and none of the bags were opened or tampered with. But... when I pulled out my daughters milk, I noticed it was leaking. I opened the lid and it had no silver seal like they normally do.This is pretty worrisome as it means it was probably messed with at the store. The only reason I?m still giving higher stars isbecause I have visited this location multiple times and haven?t had problems before, but this is just unsafe. Read more
I ordered a small mocha frappe with added espresso shot and requested it in a medium cup. I know that the shot increases the... volume and I want the entirety of the product I paid for. I was assured this would happen but when I recieved my drink it was ina small cup. If I was told no I wouldn't have ordered. Why agree to specific requests just to ignore them?? Read more
