Orders are NEVER right. I just paid $20 for a happy meal and a chicken sandwich that was supposed to be deluxe but had a tiny... dab of Mayo and a couple shreds of lettuce. Pathetic. Thank God I don?t live here and rarely have to be here. Do better. Read more
Besides two double cheeseburgers and a regular fry costing almost $14 (no $ menu here), one of the burgers had a disgusting... soggy area on the bun, after seeing it, neither one of us could finish eating. ???? To add to that my husband dropped hiswallet, and when we went back 10 minutes later, it wasn't found or turned in. Read more
If I could put negative stars I would! Everything about this place is DISGUSTING and the burgers feel like they come straight... out the fridge, when brought to their attention they catch an attitude for not what you overpaid for. To top it off everysingle table was layered in grime and we had to clean our own table to sit down and eat. I am by no means a picky person butthis is just bad. Read more

Arrived around 615 am. Cashier took our order for dine in. Could NOT find one clean table in the entire dining area. The... floor was very sticky, especially around the drink station. I found it interesting that a store that had been open only onehour had such an unclean dining area. It's a shame that such a new looking store was so dirty so early in the morning. Read more
So, my rating is based on the interaction, or lack thereof, with the drive through employee on the morning of Sunday, 17JUL2022,... at approximately 9:00-9:30am. We drove up and were greeted with "Order when ready." Not, "HI", not "Welcome to McDonald's", just"Order when ready." OK, whatever, I can get over it. I make my order, drive up, and once again, no greeting. Am I being pettyabout this? I mean, I get it, I've had those days at work too, but when your job is to talk to people all day, at least fake it.The food was good and the order was correct, so I'll give the stars for that. I might add that this location is right off ofI-25, so it's going to get a lot of people. If you don't want to at least say hello to people, perhaps ask to not be on thedrive through. Read more
Top of the line McDonald's right off I-25 in Raton. Clean and friendly. What makes this one really special is the gigantic... parking lot in the back so trucks with huge trailers, motor homes, and tour buses can all easily fit. That said, what makes theRaton McDonald's really, really special is the private dog park located behind the parking lot: shaded, free cleanup bags,picnic tables, and lots of enclosed room. My Rottweiler was happy and so was I because once he visited the park, I was free andclear to eat inside. Read more
We ordered lunch at the restaurant. Came out hot and fresh. Bathrooms are clean. It was busy with customers. Thanks McDonald's.
