It took 70 minutes to get our food and there was only four tables before us waiting for their food. The waitress only came to... the table three times.never refilled my water, never asked how the food was. Never updated us on why the food was taking solong. When the food came it was barely warm. When we paid for our meal the supervisor told us she was overwhelmed. There was 7tables in the whole place. I think the heater was also broke ,everyone had on their coats. The table before us asked for theircheck because they got tired of waiting for their food.I think we maybe just caught them on a bad day. Read more

We went here today and almost walked out without our food . We had to wait over an hour and fifteen minutes for our food. The... staff was very friendly and we got good service. We were starving by the time we ate so I did not get pics of the food. Thefood was pretty good. The cinnamon roll was yummy. My only complaint was the wait time. The server said it was due to the togo orders. My point of view is make the wait time for those longer, not the people setting in your restaurant. Read more

Omg. This is the place to eat. We stopped for breakfast- had the most delicious breakfast sandwich on homemade bread with the... best green sauce ever. The gentleman that seated us was pleasant and entertaining. The story of Pappas sweets was heartfelt. Thehistory in the pictures and other items in the restaurant tells a story. The out sude just says Restaurant but it is Pappas'restaurant. I would love to go back again and try thier lunch. Read more

We were on our way back to Colorado and wanted some good New Mexican food. A lady we talked to highly recommended this place.... (The name alone should have told us "not Mexican). While the man who sat us and our waitress were very nice and the portions arehuge, the food is bland beans and all. The green and red chili are like gravy, not spicy at all. That is not hatch green chili. My husband and I split a plate of enchilada and 2 tacos and we still had to take the sopapillas with us. Would not go there forMexican food. Read more
