Left on hold 10+ minutes 2 times in a night. Figured something happened with the phones so after 10 minutes I'd hung up, and... once I reach them again I'm on hold for 12 minutes. The pizza is good but not that good. Read more
Terrible management, ill-mannered, rude, unprofessional - as you can see with their low ratings. When the manager makes... mistakes, he does not resolve the problem correctly. Poor food and poor quality, a waste of money. You're probably better offputting a frozen pizza in the oven or swimming to Italy before you buy from there. Also, take a look at the pictures from AlexisBrisee's post - they're disgusting & the Dept. of Health should intervene. Not like the days of old ... better off going toTrack Side Pizza, Paul's Pizza, Track 32, or neighboring restaurants. Read more

They're absolutely disgusting, everything is drowning in grease, I ordered a BLT wrap as soon as I picked it up to eat grease... poured out of each side and the bacon was just the fat chunks barley cooked, and on top of that I had to wait over 2 hours forfries and a wrap calling then twice within those two hours to remind them I even had an order. So I just got off the phone with the The Village Pizzeria and I spoke with the pizza artist Seth and I just had to let him know... what a phenomenal job that he had done with making the pizza that I had ordered I haven?t had a pizza around here in a very longtime that I?ve actually been able to eat and like and enjoy and I took a shot tonight with getting this Philly cheesesteak pizzaand lo and behold when I took my first bite I went to the moon past it and into heaven let me tell you the Pizza artist knowsexactly what he?s doing and he deserves a raise 5 Gold stars and a shout out! By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced . Rude management. Careless. Ordered over $50 in food online. They were... apparently closed but never took off online ordering. When I called the next day, I asked for a manager and asked to berefunded. She not only said she has nothing to do with it and that I have to call a 1800 number but she never apologized for themistake nor offered to remake my order FOR TODAY!! MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!? Absolutely horrible. *Update* I'm out $53, and willnever order again from Village. 0 respect for their clientele!!! Read more
