You never know what you're getting here. Occasionally it's like a regular chipotle. Other times....inconsistent portions,... crunchy rice, meat is cut into giant pieces(which are never the right temp imo), sometimes with a bunch of fat, or too salty.Having to repeatedly ask for more to get a normal amount. Also been ripped off in the drive through as others have said. Doublesteak bowl was over$15 and about 1/3 full. What a shame...so convenient to order online and pick up. Read more
I ordered a chicken bowl online hoping I wouldn't ripped off AGAIN but I was too optimistic... just because you cant see your... customers in person doesn't mean you should rip them off. I'm not the type of person to complain much either but this isactually ridiculous... the bag of chips was almost the same weight as the bowl.
